Free In-Home Consultation
Every great renovation starts with a conversation — in your actual space, not over the phone. We come to your home, walk through the rooms you want to change, and listen. Really listen. Not just to what you want the space to look like, but how you want it to feel. How you cook. How your family moves through the house. What drives you crazy about the current setup and what you'd never want to lose.
Detailed Proposal & Design Plan
This is where most contractors give you a one-page ballpark number scribbled on a napkin. We don't. You get a line-by-line estimate that breaks down every material, every labor line, and every assumption — so you know exactly what you're paying for and why. No vague allowances. No "we'll figure it out later." Just clear numbers and a clear plan.
Pre-Construction & Material Ordering
Here's where most renovation timelines go off the rails: a contractor tears out your kitchen, then orders the cabinets. Now you're washing dishes in the bathroom sink for six weeks while you wait. We do it differently — everything is ordered before demolition begins. Cabinets are in the warehouse. Tile is on the pallet. Fixtures are in boxes. Only when everything is ready do we start the work.
Construction & Daily Communication
The work begins. Our crew arrives on time, protects your floors and surfaces, seals off the work area, and gets to it. You get updates every step of the way — photos, progress notes, and a heads-up on what's happening tomorrow. Your project lead is reachable by phone or text. No wondering. No guessing. No chasing.
Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off
We don't disappear the moment the last tile is laid. We walk the finished space together — you, your project lead, and a punch list clipboard. If something isn't perfect, we note it and fix it. Your sign-off is the only thing that determines when the project is done. Not the calendar. Not the budget. You.
Follow-Up & Warranty
Our relationship doesn't end at the final handshake. We check in after 30 days to make sure everything is performing the way it should. And if anything related to our workmanship comes up within 2 years, we come back and fix it — no charge, no argument. That's not marketing. That's just how we work.
What It's Like to Work With Us
Beyond the steps and timelines — here's what the experience actually feels like.
You'll Never Chase Us
We answer our phones. We return calls the same day. Your project lead gives you their direct number — no call center, no runaround.
Same Crew, Start to Finish
We don't subcontract your project out to strangers. The same team that starts your renovation finishes it. They know your home, your preferences, and your dog's name.
You'll See Progress Daily
We send photos and updates as the work happens. Even if you're at the office, you'll know exactly what got done today — and what's on deck for tomorrow.
We Respect Your Space
Floors covered. Dust contained. Work area sealed off from the rest of the house. Every surface cleaned at the end of every day. Your home stays livable.
No Surprise Invoices
If something comes up mid-project — and sometimes it does — we discuss it immediately. You approve any changes in writing before work continues. No bill shocks at the end.
Your Sign-Off Is Final
The project isn't done until you say it's done. Not when the calendar says so. Not when the budget hits a number. When you walk through and love every detail — that's when we're finished.
What Homeowners Ask Us
Do I need to be home during the renovation?
Not necessarily. Many clients go to work while we're on-site. We'll coordinate access (lockbox, garage code, etc.) and send you updates throughout the day. We just need you reachable by phone for any decisions that come up.
How do you handle dust and disruption?
We seal off the work area with plastic containment, cover floors with rosin paper and drop cloths, and run HEPA air scrubbers during dusty phases. We clean at the end of every day — not just a sweep, but a real cleanup. Most clients tell us it's far less disruptive than they expected.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
It happens more often than you'd think — and it's usually fine. We'll price the change, present it to you in writing, and adjust the timeline if needed. Nothing proceeds until you approve. We just ask that you tell us as early as possible so we can adjust material orders.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull all required permits, schedule inspections, and make sure everything passes. Building codes exist for your safety — we don't cut corners on compliance.
How do payments work?
We never ask for full payment upfront. Our payment schedule is tied to project milestones — a deposit to secure your start date, then progress payments as major phases complete. Final payment is due only after the final walkthrough, when you've signed off.
